      I do not find any pros.

      Cons

      This company has no ethics, they do not pay last month salary of every employee. And removed any employee without any notice. Pay salary at next month's 20 to 30 or next of next month.

      Great for newcomers who can begin their initial career.

      Has to strengthen their company strategy to provide enough support to their employees. So that salaries may be paid on time.
