Renovated office, but leadership lacks engagement - Anonymous employee 3SI Security Systems Employee Review

Everyone that worked there was amazing and so friendly. The job provided so much hands on job experience. I was included in relevant discussions and issues.

I dont really have any cons from my time there.

Paycheck is on time, never late.

Extremely Low Pay. Almost Non Existent Annual Raises - doesn't even keep up with inflation/cost of living increases. No career growth. No promotions. Management doesn't resolve issues. Expected to do more than your job duties with no extra pay. Overtime system extremely skewed towards the company. Promised many things but never delivered even after working there for years. Management doesn't listen to customer complaints. Management doesn't listen to employees or reward anyone for going above and beyond. Lazy coworkers/management. Short staffed.
