Avoid like the Plague - Tracking Specialist 3SI Security Systems Employee Review

Thank you for your review. It saddens us that you did not find anything positive about your experience working for 3SI during your 3-4 years with the company. While we appreciate your feedback, our turnover rate is not "huge." It is at 20% which is currently industry average. Our HR team has not been made aware of any bullying that is happening at the company. We encourage all employees to immediately report to HR if there are instances of workplace bullying as we have a zero tolerance policy. Additionally, our employee handbook includes all of our written policies and procedures and we recently launched an online employee resource center where employees have access to all of our written policies.
