From the initial approach from Sarah, every stage of the interview process with 3Search just felt different. Each conversation was both professional and personal, I could tell from the outset that this was a business that genuinely cares about its people.
Now, eight weeks in, that first impression still shines through. The culture is warm and welcoming, the founders remain hands-on and lead from the front, and there’s a real openness to new ideas and ways to improve the service offering to clients.
As a result, I’ve never worked for a business with such a strong, repeatable client base or such a genuine commitment to doing things the right way. I’m genuinely glad I made the move and excited for the future growth ahead.
