Pros
- Initial months were fine, workload was high but manageable.
- Some colleagues (non-management) were supportive and professional.
- If you’re in the "inner circle" (friends or family of top management), you’ll have privileges.
Cons
- Toxic Work Culture: Management spreads negativity instead of fostering a productive environment.
- Unfair Treatment: After falling sick, I requested WFH and continued working despite my condition, yet I was targeted for missing a meeting.
- Blame Culture: Instead of addressing process inefficiencies, management shifts blame onto employees. Even when they failed to provide requirements on time, they accused me of delays.
- Bullying & Retaliation: Once singled out, management looked for every opportunity to punish me, escalating minor mistakes directly to the director.
- Nepotism & Favoritism: The top management consists of family members and close friends, leading to biased decision-making. Those favored can WFH, while others are forced to take leave even for legitimate reasons.
- Unethical Practices: I was pressured to complete major tasks under extreme deadlines during my notice period. When I took unpaid leave for mental health recovery, they threatened termination and salary withholding—clear violations of labor laws.
- Lack of Conflict Resolution: Instead of discussing issues professionally, management jumps straight to punishment and warnings. No room for constructive conversations.
