Not really any pros to this company. The only pro I can think of is the benefits.
Cons
Upper management really has no direction on where the company is going. Every part of your day is micromanaged. They do not listen to their customers wants or needs. This is one of the worst companies to work for. The pay structure is low. They have the additude of do more with less. The employees are over worked and underpaid.
