Great place to work if you are in good with the right people

They import Austrians and fire american employees after about 5yrs and/or they reach a certain salary level. Management is clueless to what's going on in production because they only take reports from 1 man who does t have any technical experience. Unrealistic expectations to meet goals when half the parts come in messed up and need rework or remade. Cut corners and worse...on the wrong things. Favor Austrian employees over the american employees. Austrian employees by and large are the reason for all the rework and rebuilds.

Laid back Clean shop Easy going team leads. Healthcare paid for. Travel pay+ Perdiem

Team leads are useless and don’t know what’s going on. Management can’t get it together. Always late on receiving parts so your sitting around for months bc of their lead times and get in trouble bc their is nothing to do. When their is stuff to do your expected to work 10+ hours to get the job done as quickly as possible. Segregation is an issue here, where if you are not white, Austrian or German then don’t expect to be given a raise or even get a performance review. Oh and room to grow is out of the question they will never promote you unless your a hack. High turn over rate.
