      Friendly people, Interesting work, Job security are few of the pros. Many sports events and a small crowd as compared to TCS and Infosys therefore everyone knows almost every other person.

      Cons

      The pay is not good which is very demotivating. The promotion possibility is also very low which disappoints many.

      Pros

      Very relaxed work environment. Appraisals are based only on how you perform. Proper tools are provided for the work. Good company for a beginner

      Cons

      Pay scale not as high as expected by someone from a reputed college. Progress is slow. Canteen food is not good and is not subsidized.
