Pros

Working only 9 hour a day

Cons

Developers are under significant pressure due to tight deadlines and unrealistic expectations. When tasks are missed, project managers often react harshly, leading to mental stress and what feels like workplace harassment. Developers are regularly expected to work 9–10 hours a day, sometimes staying at the office until 9 PM. Despite these extended hours, no food or basic support is provided, which further affects morale and productivity.

Pros

Salary on time and events.

Cons

Every day, employees are forced to engage in unproductive arguments with the manager regarding: How much work was completed today Why certain tasks were not completed Why a particular task is taking more time Expectations like completing three days' worth of work in just one day It's impossible to win a verbal argument with the manager, as he neither listens nor acknowledges valid points. If anyone tries to reason with him, he responds with illogical or dismissive statements. Since he is the only authority figure, there is no higher management to escalate the issue to. The manager acts solely according to his own will. Employees are left with two painful options: Struggle the entire day under pressure to somehow finish the assigned work Or face harassment and mental stress the following morning To make matters worse, the manager often discusses tasks during lunch breaks, not respecting employees’ basic need for rest. This is completely unreasonable and unacceptable.
