Simply put, you couldn't hope to have a more supportive and technically proficient team to work with. I made the move from a much larger company and good God I wouldn't go back - zero dead weight, flat organisation structure and no HR! The work is varied and exciting with a wide range of technologies to get your teeth into, with plenty of household names in the mix. Everyone (including management) is always very approachable and generous with both their time and knowledge. I feel privileged to be part of the team.

Being an agency, some of the work can involve tight timescales, but no-one is left alone to deal with this. I've lost count of the number of times representatives from across the company have stepped up and got on with the job of making it happen.

Outstanding team, Rob is excellent. I quickly felt at home and have always loved chatting and working with everybody. Thank you lovely people for always being there and helping out. Great variety of projects which will often push on the boundaries of what's possible. Innovative ideas and projects can certainly be challenging but that for me has always been a happy place.

Includes working with some legacy software which will test your patience, but this is just one part of a diverse set of platforms that are used.
