Pros

There aren’t any. Don’t waste your time or energy.

Cons

This list is so long that it’s easier to say that the only thing that they treat worse than their customers, is their employees. They force employees to pad their online reviews so that potential future customers can’t see honest reviews regarding product or service quality. One of the owners is a relatively nice guy, while the other is egotistical and aggressive. The founder of this company might be impressed by the scale they’ve created but he would be disgusted by his heirs.

Pros

Despite being a fairly large company, it certainly has the small company feel.

Cons

Lower pay; They grew quickly so sometimes it seems they’re playing catch up.

Pros

The best (and only) thing that came out of this hell hole is the friendships built while employed here. We bonded over surviving the day to day nonsense that came with the poor management and inability to pay our bills because they refused to pull their mindsets out of the 80's and pay today's necessary wage to survive. Oh, and the ham you receive at their Christmas party. Half of a ham if you don't have kids.

Cons

The list is longer than the recovery time of being hit by a train and surviving, which I would prefer over being employed by this company. A few of my favorites are: Being constantly watched by "management" via security cameras Being micro managed by a "manager" who doesn't even know how to do their job, let alone yours. Being told you can't have a raise after 3 years of loyalty and "sticking it out" because you make "commission" and it's just not in their budget right now. Not being allowed to take time off but your "manager" misses 53 (unplanned) days of work in your first year. Not being allowed to casually talk to HR about your pay without repercussions. Not being allowed to talk to your coworkers, even if it is about work. LOL I could go on forever... I'm just beyond thankful to have escaped with some of my sanity still intact.
