      Pros

      Management is fantastic on all levels. I've worked in a lot of restaurants in my day, and 40Westt all managers are so competent and forward-thinking.

      Cons

      Bit of a commute as I live in Montreal, not Pointe-Claire. Not many people of colour I saw in the FOH when I worked there.

      Doesn’t follow laws and regulations according to norms A lot of favouritism. Really over rated place.. I do not recommend working in this establishment Very toxic environment
