Cons
Internship was hybrid but ended up entirely remote due to in-office schedules of full-time analysts. Case specific and nothing to worry about for most. Only real downside is small firm size with infrequent turnover so you're not guaranteed an opportunity to interview for full-time return offer, especially without great experience and grades.
