The variety of the work is great, you never know what is going to come through the door next with the breadth of clients that they engage with. The team is great spanning graduate level up to those with significant experience who are able to help you develop your career. There is a good team culture with people willing to help each other out.

As is the nature of consultancy, there can be patches when there is less work depending on the ongoing projects. So be prepared to roll your sleeves up for other activities to add value to the business at these times.
