      Pros

      Good client roster, free gifts.

      Cons

      Horrible work-life balance, very little training, extremely stressful, verbally abused by publicists, get no lunch break (which is illegal), barely have time to go to the restroom, hours are way too long, incredibly understaffed and underpaid for how much work there is, you have no life if you work in the talent department here.

      Pros

      One-of-a-kind experiences working with some of Hollywood's top names/companies. Great people within the company. Lots of unique experiences.

      Cons

      Toxic tendencies of PR are a status quo. More focus more on bottom lines than the teams achieving the projections. Minimal consideration for low-level employees. Minimal work/life balance.
