Management provide all the equipment, support and training needed from day one. Interview process was well structured and they seem to place great emphasis on hiring not only the right skills but also the right cultural fit. It's a startup company (growing fast), so plenty of opportunities to get involved in different projects, challenges and new features. Its great having an input and seeing your hard-work in the end product! Very flexible work-life balance, with the ability to work remotely and take vacation when required. Team Events are very cool and they're always looking for new ways to bring everyone together.

From a sales perspective the product learning curve is very steep and can be quite technical in some areas. On the positive side, it's a great challenge where there's always something new to learn. With a couple of employees working globally it can be difficult to meet up in person, although they're always invited to team events in Zurich or working weeks abroad. Some people may not like the 'startup vibe', I personally thrive in this environment.

- If you’re not familiar with the mobile / CTV app industry, it may take a while to understand the products and where the business fits in the market. - The openness to remote work is awesome, but if you’re a full-time remote employee you only get to see the team at team events and working weeks away.
