Manager was flexible at my location, but that was not common across other stores.
Cons
High-pressure sales Hit goals within 3 months (always changing goals) or you’re fired, regardless of tenor or accomplished profit margins. You can be the highest profit sales person in Canada but if you didn’t hit your goals, too bad. Cold calling
