As an IT Service Desk Technician, I loved to work here, because they have a great team that comes with teamwork. People are kind and friendly. There are plenty of team building events. You have the chance to build your own career on your own, if you have good results from month by month. So even if you start as sales operator, you can achieve a higher position in the sales team. And before you start to work, there are high-quality trainings, and even after this, you can get help from your group leader anytime.

As I heard from my colleagues, the base salary is low.
If you don't reach your goals in the month, or your quality is lower than the average, you cannot be rich here.
