Pros

Flexible hours is the only good thing

Cons

you get treated like a child in school (where you have to sit, who you're allowed to talk to), management have no clue what they are doing, in QA (quality assurance) you'll recieve advice based off selective hearing and not based off the whole call, you have your job threatened to be taken away from you when you arent having a good sales day despite being a good performer and hitting KPI's. Management preach support, respect and safety, however when in reality everyone is harsh, unprofessional, lying cowards and con artists

Pros

Friendly co-workers, if you have natural sales skills you will thrive. The people and energy was what made me stay for as long as I did

Cons

- It is often unclear as to the true nature of the business and fundraising efforts. Any attempt to question where the money goes etc. is swiftly put out by management. - Little to no training, prey on student and single parents desperate for work, unethical sales strategies to try and trick people into giving money to the business - Routinely witnessed people conduct sales over the phone that were not in line with legal requirements for data privacy - Management have zero interest in retention, as soon as one person leaves someone else comes in
