Pros

- Autonomy and Empowerment: From day one, I was trusted to take charge of significant projects, such as building and maintaining the content calendar, structuring keynote presentations, and developing our new promotional video. For each project, I have found an abundance of support, while also being provided a true sense of ownership and independence. - Supportive Environment: Requests for support or resources are met with swift and comprehensive responses, fostering a productive workplace where help is always at hand. - Lack of Micro-Management: The company culture appreciates and encourages self-motivation, allowing experienced professionals to thrive without the constraints of overbearing oversight. - Professional Growth and Promotion: Hard work and dedication are recognized with tangible opportunities for advancement, as evidenced by my promotion to a Head position within six months. - Innovative Product: Working on cutting-edge and exciting products that push the boundaries of what's possible, contributing to a sense of involvement in meaningful and impactful work. - Fast-Paced, International Startup Environment: 4screen has a hungry, dynamic culture that is both challenging and rewarding. It's perfect for those looking to immerse themselves in a rapidly growing business.

Cons

There's not too many cons, to be honest. Mainly, it is the usual roadbumps that are created with a fast-paced pioneering startup. When you are building the road while you are on it, you are sure to hit some obstacles. But so far, we seem to be able to overcome them and continue on our journey.

Pros

cool people and good idea

Cons

very bad leadership and management. I was not leaving in any anger but how they treat people and ideas is just antiquated and dumb. Founder which does not admit at all making mistakes and then repeating the same mistake with the same outcome 5 times. You cannot take them serious
