very bad leadership and management. I was not leaving in any anger but how they treat people and ideas is just antiquated and dumb. Founder which does not admit at all making mistakes and then repeating the same mistake with the same outcome 5 times. You cannot take them serious

There is an open environment with very enjoyable and welcoming people. As an intern, you are trusted with work and have the opportunity to give your own input, suggestions, and ideas.

I had a great overall experience. The only minor downside was that a future junior position after the internship couldn’t be guaranteed — which is understandable given the startup environment.
