nothing this is a great business and opens up doors to success

The emphasis on teamwork and culture here is just amazing, I've worked in plenty of companies that fall short in this department. I wake up excited to see my co-workers and collaborate on our goals. We get together every week outside work and just do something fun, everything from a chill night of shooting pool and eating food to laser tag and escape the room. This kind of comradery is really important to me. Aside from culture and team there are a few other things that really stick out to me here such as the opportunity to travel all over the country. We have plenty of markets throughout the country that need support so occasionally they fly us out for two weeks all expenses paid trip to another market. Ive had the pleasure of traveling to 5 different states so far and seeing places I've never seen.

Everything seems to happen last minute, marketing is an unpredictable field. The client occasionally will change what they're asking for which requires adapting at a moments notice.
