      Pros

      - Typically, very nice and respectful clientele. - Generous discount - Annual Uniform allowance for both PT and FT - Store comradery - Small staff teams (comes with obvious drawbacks)

      Cons

      - There is little to no opportunity to move up in the company past Store Manager. - HR and upper management (Above store managers) have consistently mishandled complaints and issues in retail stores. - Several HR and upper management personnel have recently resigned or been fired. - Only the top-performing stores receive new products quickly. It can be months before lower/mid-performing stores receive new products.

      Pros

      Compared to my prior employer, the workload is much reduced while the pay is a substantial increase. I feel that store and District leadership is a lot more willing to back you up compared to Prior employers I've had, and there is a good amount of freedom to be had. The company is also expanding so the opportunity for growth is also higher than with other Industries right now.

      Cons

      The company seems to be a bit schizophrenic at the moment when it comes to certain things and operations are suffering to a degree because of it.
