      Customers are awesome and generous. That's about it.

      Cons

      You pay for the gas to drive a dirty van for 12+ hrs/day, and a lot of down time.

      Flexible hours and days, choose your schedule

      Cons

      They hire too many drivers without having enough work for them. I could get one trip in my scheduled day and run in to 2 or 3 other drivers who had been called in on their day off to "cover" for multiple trips.
