balancing work time with personal life was a little bit complicated at least, almost no extra benefits at all, I mean really come on

My experience here was overall very positive. From perks to the work environment, I always felt I was being taken care of. And the trust atmosphere allows you to have a pretty decent quality of life as long as you get your job done.

This might be too personal, I always felt it was too quiet. But that can be a Pro for many people, just not me.
