      Pros

      I can't think of one...maybe a nice product

      Cons

      Drunk, miserable manager who has since been fired. I don't know how the new manager is. I drove a ridiculous amount of miles for tiny sales. Products are priced on the high side. They say they are superior but I'm not so sure. Upper management didn't believe my experience with manager until later when numerous people complained.

      Pros

      Not having a manager over your shoulder all day. If you like meeting new people , this is a great job. Insurance available.

      Cons

      If install messes up they cut sales rep (design consultant)) pay. Shady about what you get paid for . Bonuses are promised but they don’t go by the info they provide in hiring packet. Always an excuse not to pay.
