Great pay great appointment schedule and easy paperwork

None it truly is a pleasure to work here .. They downsized not me

Not having a manager over your shoulder all day. If you like meeting new people , this is a great job. Insurance available.

If install messes up they cut sales rep (design consultant)) pay. Shady about what you get paid for . Bonuses are promised but they don’t go by the info they provide in hiring packet. Always an excuse not to pay.
