As a contractor, there is no opportunity for growth or long-term career stability, and benefits may be limited. Working in a global team can feel isolating, with minimal interaction and a lack of community. Visibility and opportunities can vary significantly depending on location, favoring those in priority regions. Fully remote work might blur work-life boundaries and lacks the energy of in-person collaboration.
