Well, where do I start?
- Senior management is very cliquey and not as transparent as they say to be. There is obvious favouritism in the office offering others longer leashes to do what ever they please.
- Leaders in the company have a track record of "performing" (partially evaluated/based on favouritism), but in most cases don't have the ability to actually lead a team
- No product vision. Yes, you (senior management) were trying things out, but at least be transparent to the whole company what you think will work or not. You have some of the greatest minds in the company that can give you immediate feedback, don't waste it.
- Decisions made by senior management are questionable and not explained very well, other than, "people are excited about it". WHICH PEOPLE?!?!
