Looks like negative reviews are being suppressed. So much for hiding the truth. A lot of the negative reviews here are VERY accurate (and frankly give honest picture of the company). I am a woman, English is my second language and the the comment discrimination is bang on. The company doesn’t care about what employees feel. WFH, vacation etc don’t mean anything when culture is toxic. Backstabbing, judging people on their accents and micromanagement is rampant. GOT-esque vibe is accurate. I have not interviewed anyone but I won’t be surprised at this company’s shady practice to outsource problems to interviewing candidates, steal their ideas and reject them. Someone rightly wrote that the company is concerned with increasing ratings on Glassdoor. Whenever a few negative reviews are posted, Management and HR ask employees to flood positive reviews. The usual line of company that we move fast is so cliched. What the management doesn’t understand that a company can have great work culture and move fast, yet 500px excels in only one thing - move fast without any experimentation and not learn from the failures while not giving two hoots about culture. I laugh at the attempts to suppress negative voices and reviews. Truth always comes out. It’s getting terrible everyday. Attrition is high, people are overworked.
