      Life work balance is great, my manager(CEO) is willing to hear your thoughts tho I was a quite junior level employee. Total compensation is legitimate in all Toronto Chinese companies.

      Cons

      If you are a non-Mandarin speaker, communication might be a barrier. Tell stack is a bit old school
