      Pros

      Work from home, set your own hours etc etc

      Cons

      no back up support just threats of deductions if you don't comply very high fees, no emergencies allowed support is a joke, in fact they just tell outright lies all the new teachers are being paid higher than the teachers that have done 12 months or more, how is that fiar?

      -flexibility -ability to cancel classes in case of emergency

      Cons

      -the classes are checked all the times, so it might be a bit stressful
