Pros

If you finish early, get perfect customer feedback, have no driving infractions, and didn't have to receive any help on your route, and finish an anticipated 40hrs of work in 30, you get a bonus for the week.

Cons

It's usually very unlikely that you'll get said bonus, the turnover is extremely high, pressure to perform makes the average person want to pull their hair out, and on a GOOD day, you'll get a 5 minute break to grab food from a gas station and get back on the road. I've lost 30 lbs in 2 months time, and I didn't really have lots of extra weight.

Pros

5280 Solutions has been such a wonderful experience for me. I would highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a high-paced, exciting, enthusiastic, motivated and fun team to join. Working here makes you feel like you are part of something great and a company that cares about its employees, which can be hard to come by in this day and age. The recruiting team is light years above those I have worked with elsewhere, and that is reflected in the quality of character that is employeed across the board in various positions. I enjoy the challenges that come up and love the collaborative environment where we work together as a team to fix and resolve rather than working in silos against one another. Everyone truly has a voice here and upper management wants to listen to it. I have been impressed since the day I walked in for the interview and am still impressed today by the unique culture and charm 5280Solutions has to offer. I consider myself very lucky to have found such a spot!

Cons

Just like any job, there are some frustrations with roadblocks. Communication is often lacking between employees with no apparent reprecussions from management. There are projects that go south because the amount of planning in the beginning was inadequate. However these are items you will find at any company and are likely unavoidable.
