Great local office - Foreman 58 Foundations Employee Review

I’ve been working here for almost 5 years and have seen the business change and grow so much. I never thought this small business could become the industry powerhouse that it has. The owners are amazing and have taken care of us through some crazy times. Compensation is really good and there’s a lot of flexibility to take care of personal business during the workday. I hope to stay here for the next 20 years!

A lot of work and we move fast!

Great communication, great pay, great opportunity to improve sales skills/people skills. Meeting new people everyday and creating solutions for them is always been something I enjoy. Entire company really prides itself on being solid in all areas, and so far they have done so.

Driving distances are a bit high. The most time you spend working is driving to appointments up to 2 hours away. Unfortunately this is just part of what we do, however I will say it’s draining. If you have a podcast or audios/books then you will be good. Just be prepared to put a lot of miles on your car. But, they money you make can buy you many cars. -Work/Life balance isn’t the best. You work all day due to driving distances, however they always allow time off. -Pay is very good, but taxes absolutely roast you, so the big check you expect isn’t really that big..
