Pros

Relaxed atmosphere, genuinely nice people to work for, easy to get ideas heard by upper management, you have some flexibility to try out new strategies but the more time and money they cost the harder they are to sell

Cons

They focus too much on what worked at some time in the past and trying to recreate that rather than growing the brand and making a name

Pros

The freedom is the best part. You can typically either work from the office downtown or remotely. The culture is awesome. It's very casual and everyone gets along very well.

Cons

Leadership is very hands-off, and is traveling more often than not. There's not any room for growth within the company.

Pros

I think the only thing that COULD have been a pro if they were a legit company is that they might be flexible with their remote workers.

Cons

Leadership doesn't respond or give you true direction while training. I sent over my available, was told that it would work but then would get questions on when I'd be there even though I sent the information over. Was told that I would get paid for training however, after several invoices sent and lack of communication/reading availability, I told Dylan this wasn't working. I have yet to see my pay.
