The team is supportive, approachable, and genuinely passionate about what they do and that energy is contagious. There’s a great balance of guidance and autonomy, so you’re never micromanaged but always have someone to turn to for help. Every day felt exciting, and my contributions were recognised and appreciated.

Honestly, nothing major. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer!
