A Marketing Job hidden as door knocking - Door to Door Sales Representative 5M Promotions Employee Review

I've been working for this company for 3 months now and it's my favorite job that I've had. I genuinely enjoy being at work, where it does not feel like a job because of the environment and the people. Everyone is super friendly, and being around like-minded driven individuals is super beneficial for being so early on in my career. The growth and development provided and that everyone seems to want to help everyone get better has to be my favorite part.

Initially, this is different than other jobs I've done or what I expected out of starting my long-term career. It seems abnormal at first, but I quickly grew to love it.

I worked for 5M Promotions for about 3 months before having to part ways due to personal reasons. But, for the short time that I did work with them, I really enjoyed my time. I grew so much, not only as a young professional, but also as a person. I learned a lot of skills that I know will be valuable anywhere I go in life, such as, communication skills, confidence, leadership skills, maturity, and of course work ethic. The culture is so welcoming and fun, but also competitive and driven at the same time.

I don't have many complaints, just enjoy to fall in love with the grind and don't be too hard on yourself because you are always LEARNING!
