      Pros

      The London office is led by a great director, DKS, talented and overall pretty fair with his interactions. The team was great, lots of good people. No overtime apart from exception. Led by design.

      Cons

      The collaboration with the Manchester office was a bit more scatty. Nice to have offices between two locations though.
