      Good environment. Not so stressful. Salary is better than average.

      Cons

      Need to be on-call. There are few DevOps in this company. Most of the time you have to handle everything related to DevOps.

      Pros

      Nice company. No daily routine works bother the engineer. Have a lot of web dev courses for intern and employees.

      Cons

      Salary is a little low. (But web dev career in Taiwan most pay not well)
