Pros

The company is located in the heart of financial district, easy access to Muni and Bart, lots of good restaurants for lunch, nice looking building.

Cons

You will get a review but no raise. You will never get a praise for your hardwork, the owner has unrealistic expectations. Instead of appreciating your hardwork, they will fire you and you wouldn't know it. Their turnover rate is very high. So if you are looking for a long term position and you get a job offer from this company, please think carefully because most likely you won't be happy or you will get fired. None of their employees is happy, they are all under a lot of stress, you will get blamed for things you don't do. My honest advice is to not work here.

Pros

The analyst position here has completely exceeded any expectations I had for my first position out of college. If you are willing to work hard, people will notice and constantly put you in a position to grow, be challenged and succeed. In a growing company in such a rapidly changing industry, this meant the opportunity to be immersed in such a variety of tasks and in many cases, autonomy to take responsibility for them. With the exposure to management and visibility I received as an entry-level analyst, I felt like I was constantly learning, being challenged and being noticed. The team here is also an incredible group of very driven people with diverse backgrounds. They’re incredibly hard-working, but also such genuine and fun people. I have nothing but praise for the way my managers here are able to create both professional and personal relationships with the analysts.

Cons

Like many of the other reviews mention, this is a challenging, rigorous environment. While some people thrive in the autonomous “sink or swim” atmosphere, it isn’t for everyone. Because of the nature of the business, it is a very high-volume role. If you can handle tight deadlines, manage large amounts of requests and stay organized, it can be very rewarding, but if not, you may struggle in this role.
