No integrity towards people very old CEO

Horrible company No clear values

- really smart and motivated management and team members - people always willing to help out, very caring and team-oriented - would honestly hang out 1 on 1 with every single person at the company as of the date of this review if it weren't for Covid - great user/customer base, strong product market fit (massively de-risks working for an earlier-stage startup for companies who can achieve this) - your projects and initiatives will get the resources you need if you can quantitatively prove ROI; no need to play politics and swim through bureaucracy - fast-growing company means responsibilities and financial compensation can move upwards rapidly; I got promoted twice and my salary almost doubled in just 6 months

Pretty bad place to work if you're looking for a chill 9 to 5 and not open to learning, improving, and being challenged.
