Pros

I have met some of the nicest, smartest, most impressive people while working at 6sense. Truly a wonderful group of people. Pay and benefits are pretty good (although the 401K matching sucks).

Cons

This place has been a complete bait and switch since Day 1. Nearly everything I was told during the interview process and shortly after being hired quickly changed - suddenly all the resources that were raved about were gone or entirely insufficient, budget for additional headcount vanished, onboarding was truly atrocious. This company completely lacks focus; it's like chasing squirrels on crack. You can never get a definitive answer on anything, priorities change daily, there is little to no support from management, etc. If you point out an issue or concern you're gaslit and told not to worry about it. There is very little transparency from the ELT and they often lie directly to staff (i.e. CEO specifically said there would not be a layoff, only for us to lose 130+ people a couple weeks later). There is a VERY distinct separation between people hired in the last 1-2 years and the "Old Crew" who have been here since the early days. Unless you're in the latter, consider yourself disposable. Don't be fooled by the "family" values, obnoxiously peppy Town Halls, and the occasional swag; this place is a textbook example of toxic positivity. Run.

Pros

Fantastic culture and people. Great brand identity and recognition. Great comp and benefits.

Cons

6sense has seen some turnover within Executive and Sales Leadership, but they have all been necessary changes to get the company to where it needs to be.

Pros

Literally none. Worst mistake I’ve ever made in my 15 year sales career.

Cons

The worst “leadership” team I’ve ever encountered. Product demand is non-existent. Many people are building their own predictive models in-house. Disjointed and siloed teams internally, bickering and gossiping amongst teams. Finger pointing and extremely toxic environment.
