Pros
Large employer for such a small town, outstanding medical benefits and other great employee benefits if you choose to utilize them. Tons of space to grow for motivated employees. Certain departments are awesome to work for.
Cons
Every department is run differently and some can be cliquey. Lots of workplace politics to navigate which can negatively affect you as an employee if you're not comfortable with that or skilled at navigating those situations. Be cautious about which department you enter, and ask your interviewer about turnover and employee retention there.
