In spite of the fact that there aren't enough routes to go around, they keep hiring more people. -Faulty equipment: The phone they give you may not work. The battery pack they give you may not be charged. The cord they give you is probably damaged The Sprinter you drive may not have eat/AC The windows may not roll down You are expected to deliver packages past 10pm They tell you the first 2 weeks will be lesser routes so that you can get acclimated to the job. This is a lie. Your 1st day they throw you to the wolves. You have a normal route just like everyone else.
