Pros

Working at 77 Diamonds, has been a pleasure. Its a growing business that actually listens to the opinions of its staff members. They are passionate about the business and making a better experience for everyone. It really is a family, and I have been lucky enough to have been part of that family

Cons

Nothing that would stop me coming back one day.

Pros

Great place to work if you’re interested in the intersection of luxury and technology. The "made-to-order" model is a refreshing change from traditional jewellery businesses. There is a strong sense of "one team" in the London hub, and the people are definitely the highlight—supportive, friendly, and professional. It feels like a modern office environment rather than a generic retail space.

Cons

Career progression can feel a bit flat at times. More structured training and a clearer focus on individual professional development would be a huge plus.

Pros

I’ve been with 77 Diamonds for 5 years, starting in Aftercare and now in the Sales team. From day one, I’ve felt supported by my managers and colleagues, and I’ve had plenty of opportunities to develop my skills and progress within the company. It’s a fast-paced environment, the team spirit makes it enjoyable and rewarding. I’m proud to work for a brand that values quality, customer care, and attention to detail, and I’ve built some great relationships along the way. Every day is different, and I enjoy helping clients find their perfect piece of jewellery. There’s a strong emphasis on high standards and customer service which i filter down to our team members. We have some great parties where all team members from across Europe get together this is great for team bonding as well.

Cons

It can be busy during peak seasons, especially on the run up to Christmas which means you need to be organised and able to manage your time well – but it also keeps the role varied and interesting and on your toes.
