I’ve been with 77 Diamonds for 5 years, starting in Aftercare and now in the Sales team. From day one, I’ve felt supported by my managers and colleagues, and I’ve had plenty of opportunities to develop my skills and progress within the company. It’s a fast-paced environment, the team spirit makes it enjoyable and rewarding. Every day is different, and I enjoy helping clients find their perfect piece of jewellery. There’s a strong emphasis on high standards and customer service which i filter down to our team members. We have some great parties where all team members from across Europe get together this is great for team bonding as well.

It can be busy during peak seasons, especially on the run up to Christmas which means you need to be organised and able to manage your time well – but it also keeps the role varied and interesting and on your toes.
