It’s okay for certain opportunities. Good if you get your foot in the door for leadership and office opportunities but won’t really go far as a production worker.
Cons
Not the best, defeating if you get caught up in company politics. If you want a rewarding career, I don’t advise working here permanently. But if you want your foot in the door for leadership roles I don’t oppose
