Pros

unlimited free drinks on shift except energys

Cons

Where to start? First, the false advertisement of getting paid $13.25/hour+ TIPS. However, the truth is you’re getting paid $8.25/hour and whatever tips you’re making actually goes to make the difference. It is transparent on your pay stubs, pretty sketchy how you can see the first few paychecks it was $13.25/hr and then it changed to $8.25/hr. Next, WEATHER CONDITIONS, does not matter if it’s negative degrees outside or extremely hot you will be told to take orders in 96 degree weather or 20 degrees. Which workers at our stand had to do. No amount of labor is worth it. That being said toxic work environment, with shift lead as favoritism- which is ironic how we got hired at the same time for the most part (when the stand opened) just to pick favorites to get promoted. During shift, you’ll get bossed around and be demanded to do more than you should majority of the time (shift lead duties) when your getting paid less. Also important to mention there is no diversity/inclusion, some get more privilege than others- I’m sure that says it all for y’all.
