      Pros

      The only pros is you can work from home during COVID

      Cons

      Low-pay, and hourly worker don’t get overtime pay, which is illegal in the California. They always go on budget when they hire people, so be careful they will ask you to do two roles with the same pay. The work environment is really toxic, they brought all the bad part of Chinese work culture to America.

      We are sorry you are feeling that way, in the past year we've made a lot of changes to our policies and procedures to increase our team's wellbeing. Our current Work from home policy will stay in place until September 2022, team members are encouraged to email hrteam@7edu.org should they feel the needs to make any changes to they pay or schedule, at the moment
