I initially thought this company was a small, warm, and friendly place, but my experience has been quite the opposite. Despite what I was promised, my salary and commission were reduced after I had settled into my role. I’ve noticed that the company misrepresents the qualifications and experience of its counselors or teachers, and it’s been really uncomfortable for me to be a part of this deception towards students and parents. I’ve also observed a preference for hiring staff and attracting clients from certain regions, which seems unfair. The biggest issue for me has been the expectation to be available for work at all hours, often receiving calls late at night or early in the morning. It’s been a challenging environment, and I’d advise caution to anyone considering a position here.
