Good product A couple of capable guys who keep the company running The best thing is, the last five star review is a total sham written by a PR company They do grow fast and make a ton of money. But the wealth is not gonna be distributed. Stock option is a joke.
Cons
You will be underpaid. Compare your salary with the ones at similar companies like Yipit Data, you will be paid half of what a respectable company pays their employees while constantly working longer hours. They put on a friendly facade on your first day but when you start working there, it will quickly spiral downhill. Prepare for the worst. There is absolutely no support whatsoever from your supervisors or from the management to help you learn about your job; and they will blame you for making mistakes. Despite what they will tell you, they genuinely don't care about your growth or your future. Politics. Loaded with politics. Finger pointing is the norm. No one really cares about fixing the problem as long as they can find someone to blame. You will be living in fear constantly, and eventually become a finger pointing artist like the rest of the employees. The culture comes from the management, so it will never be fixed even if a few people leave. The whole office is so quiet that you can literally hear people breathing. There is no fun, no snacks except junk food.
